The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:

“إِنَّ فِي الْجَسَدِ مُضْغَةً إِذَا صَلَحَتْ صَلَحَ الْجَسَدُ كُلُّهُ، وَإِذَا فَسَدَتْ فَسَدَ الْجَسَدُ كُلُّهُ‏.‏ أَلاَ وَهِيَ الْقَلْبُ ‏”‏‏.‏

“There is a piece of flesh in the body if it becomes good (reformed) the whole body becomes good but if it gets spoilt the whole body gets spoilt and that is the heart.” [Bukhari]

Introducing our NEW SERIES in preparation of Ramadan. Heal, cleanse and purify the heart, mind, body and soul.

As much as it's important for us to clean ourselves physically, it is as important if not more to cleanse ourselves spiritually.

Join us while we go through the important aspects of why 'purification is so important to every Muslim and why its pivotal in worship.

Imam Ibnul Qayyim رحمه الله said:

"The heart does get sick just as the body gets sick and its cure is found in repentance and bring keen [to obey Allah and the Messenger etc]. The heart does become rusty just as a mirror becomes rusty, and remembrance of Allah polishes it. The heart does become unadorned just as the body, and fear of Allah beautifies it. The heart does suffer from discomfort just as the body suffers from discomfort due to hunger, and its food and drink are knowledge and awareness of Allah, love of Allah, reliance upon Allah, turning sincerely to Allah in repentance and obedience with Tawheed, and carrying out acts of obedience to Allah."
