SPEAKER PROFILE:
Shaykh Dr. Abu Ibrahim holds a PhD in Islamic Family Law, specialising in marriage and divorce practices among British Muslims. He is the author of Muslim Women and Islamic Family Law: Lived Experiences in Britain (Routledge, 2025). He also completed an MA in Islamic Studies, a BSc, and the Alimiyyah programme, and is certified in relationship and family counselling.
As an imam, lecturer, and academic researcher, Dr Abu Ibrahim delivers lectures across the UK and internationally on Islamic, legal, and social issues.
